2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & VERIFICATION

Orders placed through our platform are subject to verification and approval. Super Supplies Shop reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities without prior notice due to:

- Pricing discrepancies

- Suspected fraud or misuse

- Violations of applicable laws or our policies

We may request additional verification, such as identity confirmation or physician prescriptions for certain products before fulfillment.

 

3. PAYMENT POLICY

We accept the following secure payment methods:

- Apple Pay, Google Pay

- Pay Now by Klarna

All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard SSL and monitored by fraud detection systems. Payment authorization is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

 

4. SHIPPING POLICY

General Information:

- Free Shipping on most U.S. orders unless otherwise stated.

- Some oversized or specialty products may incur a shipping fee, which will be clearly disclosed during checkout.

- Standard delivery: 3–10 business days.

- Expedited options available at an additional cost.

Delayed Shipments:

If transit time exceeds 10 days beyond the estimated delivery date and no valid tracking is available, customers may submit a refund request within 3 business days.

 

NOTE: This clause excludes abnormal periods such as holidays, pandemics (e.g., COVID-19), extreme weather events, or unforeseen logistical crises. In such cases, Super Supplies Shop will provide status updates and commit to resolution within 14 calendar days of notice.

 

5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility:

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Returns must be:

- Unused and in original packaging

- Accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA)

- Requested via email to contact@supersuppliesshop.com

Non-Defective Remorse Returns:

Super Supplies Shop does not accept remorse-based returns. However, if a supplier permits such a return, a restocking & repackaging fee may be applied, not exceeding 35% of the order total.

 

6. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Certain products may require medical supervision or prescriptions. Always consult with a licensed physician before using diagnostic, therapeutic, or wearable medical devices.

Super Supplies Shop is not responsible for misuse or unsupervised application of regulated products.

 

7. AFTER-SALE SUPPORT & WARRANTY

- Warranties are product-specific and governed by the supplier or manufacturer.

- Customers must initiate after-sale requests within the time limit specified in the product detail page.

- Support team is available to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.

Super Supplies Shop monitors all transactions using secure fraud detection protocols. We reserve the right to:

- Cancel suspicious orders

- Request identity verification

- Cooperate with law enforcement in cases of suspected fraud

Customers engaging in deceptive activities will be permanently banned from the platform.
