RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy

1. GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY
At Super Supplies Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality and reliability of every product we offer. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we’ve outlined the following return and exchange terms: - Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page. - Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories. - Certain items marked as non-returnable, final sale, perishable, personal hygiene items, COVID-related PPE, or customized medical equipment are excluded from return eligibility unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. NON-DEFECTIVE REMORSE RETURNS
Super Supplies Shop does not guarantee acceptance of non-defective returns based on buyer remorse such as: - Change of mind - Incorrect item selected - Color, size, or style preference In such cases, the fulfillment partner may accept or decline the request. If accepted: - A restocking and repacking fee of up to 35% of the item’s total purchase price may be applied. - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery at: contact@supersuppliesshop.com Include: - Order number - Clear photos of the item and packaging - Description of the issue
We will assess the claim and, if valid, provide one of the following: - Full refund - Replacement - Exchange - Return shipping label (if applicable) In certain cases, a return may be required before we process a resolution.
4. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
1. Initiate a Request: Contact us at contact@supersuppliesshop.com with required documentation. 2. Authorization: Upon review, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions will be provided. 3. Shipping Back the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA clearly labeled. Ship it to the address specified in our return instructions. 4. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.
5. REFUND POLICY
Once your return is approved and processed: - Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. - Refunds exclude: - Original shipping costs (unless item was defective) - Return shipping costs (unless otherwise covered by us) - Restocking/repacking fees (if applicable) An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is initiated.
6. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions: - For defective or incorrect items, we offer a direct replacement if stock is available. - If an alternate size or model is needed, additional shipping charges may apply. All exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
7. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The following categories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged upon arrival: - Opened or used personal care and hygiene products - Medical garments (compression wear, orthopedic braces)
- Opened CPAP machines, nebulizers, or diagnostic devices - Customized or built-to-order equipment - Final sale or clearance items - Digital products, warranties, or gift cards
8. SHIPPING DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery date by more than 10 calendar days, and no valid tracking information has been provided by us, you may request a refund. To qualify: - Submit your request within 3 business days of the delivery delay. - We will investigate and respond within 14 business days. Note: This clause does not apply during: - National holidays - COVID-19-related disruptions - Severe weather events or natural disasters In such cases, we will make every effort to resolve shipping issues in a timely and customer-focused manner.
9. FRAUD PROTECTION & RETURN ABUSE
Super Supplies Shop strictly monitors and evaluates return activity to protect against misuse or fraud. We reserve the right to: - Deny any return that appears fraudulent - Suspend or terminate accounts demonstrating excessive or suspicious return behavior
