Shipping Policy

The following Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, tracking, delays, and shipping charges. Please review carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Shipping Coverage & Carriers

We currently ship to: - All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) - U.S. territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Orders may be fulfilled through multiple third-party suppliers or warehouses, and products may arrive in separate shipments.

 

2. Processing Time

- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) - Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day. - You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on: - Product availability - Fulfillment location - Destination - Carrier transit time Estimated delivery window: 3–10 business days after processing

Shipping method and expected delivery timeframe will be provided at checkout.

 

4. Delays & Refund Eligibility

We understand how important timely delivery is. If your order is significantly delayed, we offer support under the following conditions: - If the transit time exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 calendar days or more and we fail to provide any valid tracking updates, you may be eligible for a full refund. - The refund request must be submitted within 3 business days after the 10-day delay threshold is reached. - Requests must be sent to info@supersuppliesshop.com with your order number and contact information.

 

NOTE: This refund policy does not apply during special or abnormal periods, such as: - National or international holidays - COVID-19 or other public health emergencies - Natural disasters or abnormal weather conditions - Port congestion, carrier strikes, or force majeure events During these periods, Super Supplies Shop will make every effort to assist customers quickly and clearly, working closely with our shipping partners to provide updates and solutions. Buyers can expect a response or resolution within 14 calendar days of notifying us about such issues.

 

5. Tracking & Order Monitoring

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. - You can track your package directly from the link provided or contact us if you experience any issues. - If your tracking status hasn't updated for 10 consecutive business days, please contact us for investigation.

 

6. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on most of our products.

However: - Certain items (such as oversized medical equipment or special-order products) may carry a shipping surcharge. - Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed at checkout prior to final payment. - Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, unless the item is defective or delivered in error.

 

7. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Shipments

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery. Include the following in your email to info@supersuppliesshop.com: - Your order number - Clear photos of the product and packaging - A brief description of the issue Once validated, we will process your replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

8. Cancellations

- Orders may be canceled only before they are processed for shipment. - Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or recalled. - Please contact info@supersuppliesshop.com immediately if you need assistance canceling an order.
